Flow State - Yoga/Pilates Mix - Moderate
A constant, steady flow of Yoga & Pilates - and a GREAT workout! This class focuses on the core muscle groups to tone & strengthen. This class is slow paced and moderate activity level.

Hatha en Espanol - Beginner
¿Quieres hacer yoga en español? ¡Llegó el momento! Ya sea que el español sea tu lengua materna o simplemente te sientas curioso de explorar una clase en español aunque no lo domines, esta nueva clase es para ti. Únete para una experiencia única de Hatha Yoga en español donde todos los niveles son bienvenidos. ¡Te esperamos para conectar cuerpo y mente en armonía!

Hatha Yoga - Beginner (including Beginner 101)
Hatha yoga comprises many physical postures and positions that balance the body and mind. These classes are best for beginners since they are usually paced slower than other yoga styles. If you are brand-new to yoga, Hatha yoga is a great entry point to the practice. Hatha yoga helps us destress and stay physically fit and agile.

"Healing" Hatha - Gentle, All Levels
Calm your nervous system and connect to your body by awakening all your senses in this extremely gentle & grounded class mixing Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga with Somatic Healing practices. This immersive experience will include a 45 minute movement practice set to Healing Hertz Frequencies, followed by guided meditation, aromatherapy and Reiki energy.

Restorative Yoga - Beginner/All Levels
This class utilizes props to support the body while poses are held for several minutes. You will spend more time in fewer poses while the body winds down and relaxes into the ground. This style of yoga helps to cleanse and free the mind. These classes are perfect for anyone needing to de-stress, alleviate pain, or has difficulty with relaxation.

Silver Sneakers - Open to the Older Adult Community - Gentle/Beginner
Chair assisted, off-the-floor practice, gentle and geared towards beginners and those looking to reintroduce flexibility to the body.
This class is for Silver Sneakers members only. We must verify your membership before you can participate in Silver Sneakers classes. Please bring your membership card to the front desk on your next visit. Sneakers MUST be worn for this class.

Yin Yoga - Beginner/All Levels
Yin yoga is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. You hold poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
Offered: Tuesdays at 6pm

-CLASSES START ON TIME-We have a 5 minute grace period for those already registered, after which doors will be locked and will not allow any further entry into class.
We do this to respect everyone’s time & zen.
This policy has been in effect since opening day.

If you are signed up and fail to show up with no communication, you will not receive a refund and those on packages will forfeit one class pass.
