Creative Hatha
Creative Hatha combines the gentle & slower paced nature of a Hatha yoga class with fun & vibrant movements that will help you to nurture that creative spark within you. This class will help you to find inspiration, to create space for fresh ideas, and to express yourself creatively. There are no limits here - let your imagination soar!

Empowering Vinyasa - Moderate
EMPOWER your spirit, TONE your temple and CLEAR your mind! This class combines a beautifully strong Vinyasa Flow with Strength Training and muscle work! You will laugh, you will sweat, you will leave feeling INVINCIBLE!
This class is moderate level, quicker paced and best for those who have practiced yoga before. Offered: Mondays at 6:30pm

Flow State - Yoga/Pilates Mix - Moderate
A constant, steady flow of Yoga & Pilates - and a GREAT workout! This class focuses on the core muscle groups to tone & strengthen.

Fundamentals of Yoga - for those brand new to Yoga/All Levels
In this class we slow down and take a detailed look at the foundational aspects of yoga: pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and meditation. This class is designed for everyone whether it's your first class ever or you have been practicing for some time. Each class covers 1-3 different techniques in depth, and then we take some time to practice integration.

Hatha en Espanol - Beginner

Hatha Yoga - Beginner (including Beginner 101)
Hatha yoga comprises many physical postures and positions that balance the body and mind. These classes are best for beginners since they are usually paced slower than other yoga styles. If you are brand-new to yoga, Hatha yoga is a great entry point to the practice. Hatha yoga helps us destress and stay physically fit and agile.

HIIT the Mat - Fitness, Moderate
High Energy, Fat Burning, Muscle Sculpting! Join us for this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style class that will have you sweating out all self-doubts! YOU are UNSTOPPABLE! So let's HIIT the mat!!

Oncology Yoga - Open to the Cancer Community - Beginner
Blue Lotus Yoga & Wellness, in conjunction with the Christina Phipps Foundation, offers a gentle/restorative hatha class in Oncology Yoga free of charge. If you or someone you know has been affected by cancer, please share this class and let them know that they are welcome to join!

Restorative Yoga - Beginner/All Levels
This class utilizes props to support the body while poses are held for five minutes or longer. You will spend more time in fewer poses while the body winds down and relaxes into the ground. This style of yoga helps to cleanse and free the mind. These classes are perfect for anyone needing to de-stress, alleviate pain, or has difficulty with relaxation.

Silver Sneakers - Open to the Older Adult Community - Beginner
Chair assisted, off-the-floor practice, gentle and geared towards beginners and those looking to reintroduce flexibility to the body. This class is for Silver Sneakers members only. We must verify your membership before you can participate in Silver Sneakers classes. Please bring your membership card to the front desk on your next visit.
Sneakers MUST be worn for this class.

Vinyasa Flow - Moderate
This class is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging and you move from one pose to the next quickly. It provides a good physical workout. A power yoga class may seem more like an aerobics class than a relaxed, mindful yoga experience. Though it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative.
This class incorporates movement and breathing techniques, as it creates a steady flow of postures with controlled breathing. Vinyasa is often considered the most athletic yoga style and is a good choice for students wishing to engage in high-intensity exercise, it helps with anxiety, depression, blood pressure and better sleep.

Yin Yoga - Beginner
Yin yoga is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. You hold poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

PLEASE CONTACT US if you are running late. We do this to respect everyone’s time & zen. This policy has been in effect since opening day. Signed up & can’t make it? Text us! We can reschedule you! If you are signed up and fail to show up with no communication, you will not receive a refund and those on packages will forfeit one class pass. Again, these policies are in place to honor everyone’s time, travel and sacred space. We appreciate your understanding.
